While no one has definitive proof that this is the exact type of tool the old horn Masters of Lancaster, PA used to apply the trademark rope motif to the base plugs for their horns, the most compelling evidence I have that it is, besides being able to put a perfect rope on a plug in seconds, is that I can reproduce the mistakes that are often seen in original horns. I've been developing this tool for quite some time.

This set includes wheel dies for reproducing both Lancaster Rope and Adams County Milgrain (bead) motifs. Instructions (as well as several personal observations) are included.
